RETURNS:
All products are checked thoroughly prior to shipping.
However if you find any flaws with the item upon receiving, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange return.

If you select the Untracked Shipping Option, your order will be sent as a Standard Letter (No Tracking).
If you would prefer to have tracking, please choose the Tracked Shipping Option.

For Sustainability reasons, cards do not come with a plastic wrapper.
All cards and envelopes are 100% Recyclable.
If you have selected the Tracked Shipping Option, your order may be shipped in an Australia Post satchel – these can be recycled via RedCycle by placing them in a soft plastics recycling bin (at most Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets).
